The small italian man decorated with a black, bushy, mustache and a red hat is dropped from the heavens above. His mission? The same everlasting monotony that consumed his life since the late 80's: save the princess.
Step by step he cautiously weaves in an out of pipes, climbs flowers, swiftly avoiding the turtles known as "Goombas". That is until he finds it. He found it while walking across another 2-D surface created to look like grass. What he found was the mysterious yellow brick. As the brick taunted him floating in mid-air, a white question mark revolved around it. Mario wondered what he would get out of it this time.
Mario jumps smashing the brick with his head. From the top of the brick emerged Barder the dog. This was quite a surprise to MArion since he was expecting his usual companion Yoshi the green dinosaur. Oh well. Mario got on Barder and proceeded to find a magical turban that gave him the power of flight. MArio knew what he had to do.
Mario and Barder retraced their steps to find a long, flat, stretch of grass that would act as their run-way. As they sprinted swiftly they until they took off into flight. They flew until they reached in the end of the level taking advantage of this glorious glitch in the game.
